Michael has served as the pastor since 2016. He is married to Etta, and they are the parents of three sons and one daughter. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M-- Texarkana, a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Expository Preaching, also from SWBTS. Dr. Linton has served in various ministry roles since 1995.

Etta has been serving FBCS since 2016 but became the Minister of Worship and Discipleship in 2022. Etta holds a Bachelor of Music Education and a Bachelor of Elementary Education from Ouachita Baptist University, and a Master of Arts in Discipleship from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She is married to the pastor, Dr. Michael Linton, and they have four children – Jamie, Jaden, Jase, and Janie Marie.

Justin has served as Youth Minister since 2022 after serving in lay roles for several years. Justin is married to Chelsea, and they have 3 children – 2 daughters and one son. Justin is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts in Christian Ministry degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Chelsea has served as the Director of First Learning Center since 2020 and as Children’s Minister since 2022. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration from SOWELA Technical Community College and a Leadership Certificate in Childhood and Weekday Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Chelsea is married to Justin, and they have 3 children – Emma, Audi, and Axle.

Misty has served FBCS since 2000.

Jenn has served FBCS since November of 2023.
